I want this repo turned into a working, modern customer support app that I can run locally and click through end to end.

Please set it up so there’s a clean helpdesk experience with an agent view and a customer portal, ticket creation and management, SLA tracking, automatic assignment rules, a knowledge base with article search and recommendations, and saved replies for common responses. Keep the UI simple and polished, basically matching the screenshots and README.

Use the stack that’s already in the project and get the app actually running, preferably with the easiest local setup, like Docker if that’s the smoothest path. I should be able to open the helpdesk in the browser, sign in with the default admin account if that exists, and verify the main flows without a bunch of manual fixing.

If anything is missing or outdated, look up the current docs online and make the minimum changes needed. When you’re done, leave me with clear steps to start it again locally and where to log in.
