Build me a small developer tool that helps an AI assistant make much better UI and UX designs.

I want it to feel like a design brain that can be installed into different assistants, especially Claude, Cursor, and Copilot. It should give clear design guidance from the start, like layout, typography, color balance, accessibility, and overall product feel, so the AI stops making generic looking interfaces and instead produces thoughtful, polished screens.

It should also include a way to run a quick design check after the first draft, so it can catch weak hierarchy, bad contrast, poor spacing, and anything that feels lazy or confusing. I’d like it to work as a simple command line setup that can add the right instructions to a project, and it should be easy to use globally or just inside one repo.

If you need to look up current docs online for any assistant specific setup, go ahead.
