Build me a multipurpose Discord bot for my server that feels like an all in one assistant. It should use slash commands and let server admins handle moderation, auto moderation, welcome and farewell messages, autoroles, reaction roles, mod logs, invite tracking, suggestions, giveaways, tickets, leveling, and basic server settings.

I also want fun community features like music playback from popular platforms, economy commands, memes, games, anime reactions, image effects, translation, weather, user info, role info, and helpful utility commands. Please include a simple dashboard where admins can manage server specific settings without editing code.

Use Node.js with Discord.js v14 and MongoDB. Set up environment variables for the bot token and database, include a config file for optional settings, and make it easy to run with npm. Add clear setup notes so I can invite the bot, start it locally, and later deploy it with Docker if needed.
