Build me a simple macOS menu bar app for voice dictation that works anywhere I can type.

I want to press a shortcut, speak, see a live preview and waveform while I’m talking, then press the shortcut again and have the text pasted into whatever app was focused before. It should stay private, use Apple’s on device speech support, and never send audio or transcripts to the network or require an account.

Please make it feel fast and minimal, with a small floating window while recording, a way to rebind the shortcut, and local transcript history so I can search, copy, or delete past dictations. It should also follow my default microphone, support launch at login, and let me cancel a dictation with escape if I change my mind.
