Build me a simple browser based app that gives me the Codex desktop style experience from a local web page, so I can run it on Linux, Windows, or inside Termux on Android with one command.
I want it to start fast, open on localhost, and make it easy to use from my phone or another device on the same network. If possible, include an option to expose it through a tunnel and show the link or QR code in the terminal. I’d also like a clean mobile friendly interface with a composer, project and thread management, voice dictation for quick input, and a way to export and import projects as zip files so I can move chats around without losing history.
If it makes sense, add an optional Telegram bridge so I can send messages from Telegram into a selected thread and get replies back. Keep it lightweight and practical, and look up current docs online if you need to.
