Build me an all in one CRM and ERP web app for Australian NDIS support providers.

I want it to feel like a practical workspace where a provider can manage participants, workers, clinical services, shifts, accommodation, incidents, and billing without jumping between different tools. Staff should be able to log in, see the key areas of the business, add and update participant records, manage worker details, plan rosters, track accommodation information, record incidents, and prepare financial billing information.

Please use the existing app structure and database setup in this project, and keep it clean enough that I can keep building on it later. The interface should be simple, professional, and easy for non technical office staff to understand. Add sensible sample screens and forms for the main modules, with realistic Australian NDIS wording where it fits.
