Build me a personal HackerOne research dashboard that I can run locally for myself. I want it to pull my HackerOne account data with my API token and show a clean overview with report stats, earnings, balance, recent activity, and trends. I also want pages for my reports with useful details like severity, scope, and timeline, plus a programs section that shows the programs I participate in, including private bug bounty opportunities.

Please add an analytics area for award history, rates, and my top programs or weaknesses. I also want a disclosed reports library that can browse public disclosures by vulnerability class, with search, sorting, severity filters, and a curated top reports view. If possible, make it work well offline after a sync so browsing is fast and does not hit HackerOne every time.

Finally, add an optional AI assistant that can explain a selected disclosed report, using my own API key if I provide one. Keep it single user, local first, and make sure secrets stay server side.
