Build me a Minecraft Fabric mod for version 1.21.11 called Easy Redstone.

I want it to work as a simple in game redstone helper mod, with a settings menu that opens when I press H. The menu should let me adjust the mod’s options easily inside the game, and it should feel clean and lightweight, not like a huge overhaul.

Please make it build properly from source with Gradle and produce a jar I can drop into the mods folder with Fabric API installed.
