Build me a Minecraft Paper server plugin called Typewriter that lets server owners create immersive quests and story moments without needing to code.

I want admins to be able to make custom player interactions, NPC dialogue, branching storylines, cinematic camera sequences, animated NPC actions, and simple cutscenes. There should also be a visual web panel where they can manage quests, NPCs, dialogue, interactions, and sequences in a clear way.

Please make it feel friendly for non technical server admins, but still flexible enough for developers to add new features through extensions. The extensions should let people plug in custom behavior or connect other server plugins later.

Set up the project so it can be built and tested locally, include sensible example content, and add basic documentation for installing it on a Paper server and opening the web panel. Look up the current Paper docs online if you need to.
