Build me the ESPHome setup for an ESP8266 based controller that works with an AXA Remote 2.0 and Home Assistant.

I want to be able to see whether the window is open or closed, and control it from Home Assistant, while still letting the original AXA remote keep working. Please include the custom code and YAML setup needed for the AXA communication, plus the Home Assistant entities for open, close, and status. If it makes sense, also add the BME280 sensor so I can see temperature, humidity, and pressure too.
