gamonoid/icehrm — reverse-engineered prompt

I want a self hosted HR management web app for a small to midsize company, something like IceHrm. It should let HR and managers keep all employee details in one place, including personal info, documents, qualifications, and company structure. Staff should be able to check in and out, track attendance and timesheets, request leave, and see their own records. Admins should be able to approve leave, manage employee data, view reports, and get a simple company overview dashboard.

If it’s supported, include payroll, employee directory, team or project related views, and useful reporting, or at least set it up so those extensions can be added later. I’d like it to feel production ready, with a clean install flow and a straightforward way to run it locally or deploy it with Docker. Please wire up sensible defaults, sample data if helpful, and make sure the basic HR workflows actually work end to end. You can look up the current docs online if you need to.
