Build me a clean documentation site for Cloudeval using MkDocs with the Material theme. I want it to feel like a polished product docs site, with a simple home page, clear navigation, setup instructions, deployment info, and pages for using the custom domain docs.cloudeval.ai.

Please make it easy for someone on the team to run locally with pip install and mkdocs serve, and to build the static site when needed. Set up GitHub Actions so the docs publish automatically to GitHub Pages whenever we push to main, with a manual run option too.

Include clear plain English docs for the first time setup, GitHub Pages settings, the gh pages branch, and Namecheap DNS setup for the custom domain. Keep everything organized so future docs can be added easily. If anything has changed in current MkDocs or GitHub Pages docs, look it up online and use the latest recommended approach.
