Build me a local AI chatbot app that runs entirely on my machine and connects to a local model like LM Studio or Ollama.

I want a clean browser based workspace where I can create multiple AI characters, give them personalities and roles, and put them into scenarios and scenes so they can talk in a shared group chat. The app should let me manage characters, scenes, scenarios, world cards, and tags from the UI, then use that setup to generate responses from the local model.

It should also save conversation memories automatically in markdown files that work with Obsidian, organized by story, chapter, and character. I want a simple sidebar for navigating stories and scenes, plus a way to turn world cards on and off while chatting so they affect the replies.

Please make it offline first, with a small Node server and a plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frontend, and include an easy way to start and stop it locally.
