Build me a Python tool that helps me generate full blog posts from a few keywords.

I want to type in a main topic, pick a writing tone like informative or conversational, and have it create a complete post in Markdown that I can copy straight into my site. It should build the article step by step, starting with a short intro, then the main problem or topic, possible remedies or options, how to implement them, some pros and cons if needed, and a clear conclusion. If possible, also make it work from the command line and in a simple browser view with Streamlit.

Use my OpenAI API key for the writing, and SerpAPI if it needs web search support. Make it read settings from an env file, and assume I’ll put a sitemap file in the project folder if that’s needed. Keep the output clean and publishing ready, with good Markdown headings and formatting. If you need current docs for any APIs, look them up online.
