Build me a full stack property rental management app called RentSphere that lets tenants, landlords, and admins use the same system with different dashboards.

Tenants should be able to sign up and log in, browse and search rentals, view property details and photos, save favorites, negotiate rent, send booking requests, track booking status, and make online payments with a receipt after payment. Landlords should have their own dashboard to add and edit properties, see approval status, review negotiations, manage booking requests, and keep up with payments and profile info. Admins should be able to review listings, approve or reject properties, manage users and properties, and monitor bookings and payments.
