Build me a web app called Apna Doctor that helps people check possible health issues online and also book a doctor if they need one.

I want a simple home page where users can log in or register, then choose between a few main options. One should let them enter symptoms in text or record their voice in the browser and get possible diseases plus basic precautions. Another should let them fill out medical details or upload an image like an X ray or MRI and get a prediction from the trained model. The last one should let patients search doctors by region or specialization, see available time slots, book an appointment, and get a confirmation message.

Please make it feel clean and easy to use on a normal browser, and keep the whole thing working with Django, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a database. If you need current docs for anything like audio or cloud setup, look them up online as you go.
