I want this turned into a simple photo and video gallery website I can host for free on GitHub Pages, with basically no coding after setup. Make it so I can create album folders inside the gallery folder, upload images or videos, and have the site rebuild and publish automatically through GitHub Actions.
Please wire up the config so the gallery has a clean title, copyright footer, sensible sorting, and a nice default theme, probably cards unless something else fits better. Keep custom styling easy to tweak in the existing CSS file. I want the finished repo to feel like a starter template a normal person can use from the GitHub website without touching the command line.
If anything is missing, add whatever setup files or workflow changes are needed so the Pages site actually builds and deploys from this repo. Also leave short notes in the README telling me where to change the gallery title, theme, and how to add new albums and media. Look up current GitHub Pages settings if needed.
