I need a tool to help me understand my spending on AI coding assistants like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Claude. Build me a command-line app that shows an interactive dashboard right in my terminal. It should look polished, with nice charts and graphs.

The main thing is that it should work automatically by finding the logs and session data these tools already save on my computer. I don't want to mess around with API keys or setting up a proxy.

The dashboard should show my total token costs for different periods like today, the last week, and the last month. It should break down the spending by which project I was working on and which AI model I was using. I also want to see an analysis of how I'm using the AI, like how much is spent generating code versus fixing it, so I can see where I'm being inefficient and burning tokens on retries.

Finally, please add an option to export a report to a CSV file. Use TypeScript for this project. If there's time, a simple companion macOS menu bar app would be great too.
