Build me a desktop app for writing and publishing a static blog, kind of like a simple blog editor for everyday use.

I want a clean Markdown writing experience where I can create posts, add images and cover pictures, organize posts with tags and groups, and customize the navigation menu including links to other sites. It should feel easy to use on Windows, Mac, and Linux, and support switching languages like English and Chinese if possible.

The app should let me pick from built in themes or use a custom theme, and it should be able to publish to static blog hosting like GitHub Pages. If it makes sense, include support for common comment systems like Gitalk or Disqus. I also want a place to set the source folder so I can keep my blog files synced through something like OneDrive or Dropbox. Please make it polished and practical, with a nice modern interface.
