I want a self hosted local setup of this open source billing app so I can try it end to end on my machine.

Please get it running with Docker, make sure the web app opens on localhost and the API is available too. I want the basic flow to work, creating a customer, setting up a subscription or usage based plan, sending usage events, generating an invoice, and viewing the billing and revenue screens in the UI. If there is a built in developer area for API keys, make sure I can access that as well.

Please handle any required environment setup, including the RSA key and local URLs, and use the project docs if you need current details. If anything needs a manual step from me, keep it minimal and tell me exactly what to paste or click.

When you are done, give me a short checklist of how to start it again, where to open it in the browser, and one simple test flow I can run to confirm metering, subscriptions, and invoicing are all working.
