Build me a local MCP server for Google Ads that I can connect to Claude Desktop or Cursor with my own Google Ads credentials.

I want it to let an assistant answer questions about campaigns, ad groups, budgets, bids, search terms, landing pages, recommendations, change history, and Keyword Planner data. It should support reading Google Ads data in a smart way, so I can ask normal questions instead of writing queries by hand, but it should also allow raw query access when needed.

Please include safe write actions too, like updating budgets, bids, schedules, renaming things, and creating campaigns, but make sure every write shows a preview first and only happens after explicit confirmation.

It should work self hosted, use the standard MCP connection style, and include a health check that verifies the credentials and tells me what accounts are reachable. If you need current Google Ads or MCP docs while wiring it up, look them up online.
