I want to build an application that acts as a central control panel for my AI coding agents. The main idea is to have a self-hosted server that runs on my main development machine, so the agents can use my full local environment. This server should let me manage and run tasks with different agents like Claude Code and Codex from a single interface.

I need a few ways to connect to it: a desktop app, a mobile app for both iOS and Android, and a powerful command-line tool. The point is to have cross-device control. I want to be able to start a coding job at my desk and then check in on it or give it new instructions from my phone or the terminal. The mobile app should connect to the server easily, maybe by scanning a QR code. The CLI should let me run tasks, list active agents, and send follow-up messages.

Let's build the whole thing as a TypeScript monorepo. Use Expo for the mobile/web app and Electron for the desktop version. It would also be great to include voice control for dictating tasks.
