getsentry/gib-potato — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a playful internal Slack bot called GibPotato, basically a fun way for coworkers to give each other potatoes as a little reward or shout out. I want the Slack side to feel complete, so people can give potatoes, check their balance, and see what is going on without leaving Slack.

I also want a simple web app that goes with it, with a nice modern UI for browsing potato activity, viewing users, and managing a small potato shop or reward area if that fits the project. There should be an admin friendly way to manage settings and content, and it should be easy to run locally with env based config.

Please use the existing PHP app structure and frontend setup that is already in the repo, keep the app polished, and add tests where it makes sense. If anything about Slack integration or auth is unclear, look up the current docs online and make sensible choices so the whole thing works end to end.
