Build me a polished home server OS experience like Umbrel, something a normal person could install on an Umbrel device, a Raspberry Pi 5, an x86 box, or even a VM and start using without feeling lost.

I want it to feel beautiful and simple, with a clean web interface for setting up the server, browsing and installing apps from an app store, managing files and photos, handling backups, and using external storage or NAS style storage. It should also support the core self hosted use cases mentioned here, including running things like a Bitcoin node and other personal services at home while keeping the experience friendly and consumer level.

Please keep the product centered on privacy, ownership, and control of your own data, basically cloud convenience on hardware you own. If there are places where hardware support differs between official devices and DIY installs, reflect that clearly in the experience.
