Build me a Roblox script hub called Celeron from this repo. There isn’t a README, so please inspect the folders and turn the loose scripts into something usable.

I want one clean loader that opens a simple polished UI, detects the current game when possible, and shows the matching scripts for games like Slap Battles, Ability Wars, Arsenal, Azure Latch, Jujutsu Shenanigans, Tower of Hell, Flee the Facility, and the other folders here. It should also have a general section for side projects, movesets, GUI tools, and legacy scripts.

Please keep the existing scripts organized, label things clearly, make broken or missing scripts fail gracefully, and add basic notes in the UI so a normal person knows what each button does. Don’t overcomplicate it, just make it feel like a real hub with a consistent style and a reliable main entry point. Look up current Roblox Lua patterns online if you need to.
