Build me a browser extension that lets me save the current web page as one clean HTML file, so I can open it later offline and it still looks right.

I want a simple button in the toolbar, plus right click options for saving the current tab, selected content, or a frame. It should also work on multiple tabs at once, and let me turn on auto save for tabs I choose. Please include a settings page where I can adjust save behavior and keyboard shortcuts, and make sure there’s a way to cancel while a page is being processed.

If it makes sense, also support annotations like highlighting text, adding notes, and removing sections before saving. It would be great if the saved file can optionally upload to Google Drive or GitHub, and if there’s a command line way to save pages too. Use the current browser extension docs if you need to check anything.
