Build me a web app that can answer questions about company filings like 10 Ks, 10 Qs, and earnings releases, and always show the page numbers it used. I want to upload or point it at a filing, ask things like capex, revenue, debt, or year over year changes, and get a clear answer with the math worked out when needed.

Please make it feel reliable, so if the report does not actually support the answer, it should say it could not find it instead of guessing. I’d also like the answers to stream in the UI, and for the app to work well with local documents and a searchable index of the PDFs.

If it helps, you can use current docs online for the best way to wire things up. Also include a simple API so the same logic could be used from another tool later.
