git-up/GitUp ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a Mac Git app like GitUp, with a clean desktop interface that lets me browse a repo visually and work from the commit graph instead of typing Git commands.

I want the main app to show branches, commits, diffs, and history in a fast, easy to understand way, with actions like reorder, fix up, merge, split commits, search across the repo, and jump back to previous states with undo and redo. It should feel safe to use, so I can experiment without worrying about breaking my repository.

Also make the reusable GitUpKit framework available as part of the project, so the core Git logic and UI pieces can be used separately in other apps. If anything depends on current Git or Xcode behavior, look up the latest docs online and make the build work cleanly in Xcode.
