I want to build a backend server that can connect my AI assistant directly to GitHub. The main goal is to let the AI interact with my repositories using natural language. For instance, I should be able to ask it to find specific code snippets, get a summary of recent commits, or check the status of my CI/CD pipelines and tell me if the builds are failing.

It should also be a powerful project management tool. I want to be able to tell the AI to create new issues from bug reports, help me triage pull requests, or check for security vulnerabilities and dependency alerts in the codebase. Basically, it should act as a bridge that gives the AI the context and permissions to read, analyze, and manage my projects on GitHub. Let's build this in Go and set it up to run in a Docker container.
