gituser-16/moctale-reborn ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a movie discovery and review site called Moctale Reborn.

I want a homepage where people can browse trending, popular, and top rated movies, search for a title, and click into a movie detail page. On each movie page, show the poster, overview, cast and crew, genres, and TMDB rating, plus a section where logged in users can leave a review, pick a verdict like Skip or Definitely Watch, and choose vibe tags like Action, Drama, or Romance.

Please also add a personal watchlist for signed in users, with signup, login, logout, and session based authentication. The look should feel like a dark modern movie app with teal and charcoal colors. Include simple About and Contact pages too.

Use real movie data from TMDB, store users, movies, watchlist items, and reviews in a database, and make it work cleanly with plain PHP and custom HTML and CSS. If you need to check current docs for anything, look them up online.
