Build me a clean desktop task manager called Taskwingo that works fully offline and keeps everything stored locally on the computer. I want it to feel polished and simple, but powerful enough for real daily use. It should support multiple separate profiles on one machine, each with its own avatar, bio, links, theme, accent color, date format, PIN lock, and auto lock, and it should reopen on the last profile used.

For tasks, let me create, edit, delete, reorder, archive, and restore them. Include priorities, statuses, deadlines with overdue warnings, reminders with desktop notifications, recurring tasks, tags, subtasks with progress, rich text notes, file attachments, and projects. I also want list, board, and calendar views, plus search, filters, and sorting. Add import and export options for common formats.
