Build me a Python command line app called r34sch that lets me search rule34.xxx and download posts to my computer or phone.

It should read a simple config file with my API key and user ID, then let me run commands like searching by tag, downloading a number of results, pulling a post by ID, or just getting info about posts without downloading them. I want options for output folder, page number, random results, thumbnails for slower connections, quiet or verbose mode, and filters for rating, file type, images only, videos only, and excluding AI tagged posts.

Please also add a cache or archive so I can list saved downloads, clear them, or delete a specific entry later. Make it work nicely on Windows, Linux, and Termux, and include clear help text and sensible defaults. If you need to check current docs for anything, go ahead and look it up online.
