Build me a custom Proton compatibility tool for Steam that I can drop into Steam and use like a normal Proton version.

It should package a bleeding edge Wine based setup with the extra fixes this project is known for, better video playback support, FSR support, raw mouse input, NVAPI and PhysX support for NVIDIA, and the automated per game fix system. I also want the build and release flow to be easy to run from source, with clear scripts for making the tarball, versioning it, and installing it into Steam’s compatibility tools folder.

Please include the README level setup and usage instructions too, so a regular Linux gamer can install it, enable it in Steam, and know when to use umu for non Steam games. If anything needs current upstream docs or packages, look them up online as needed.
