Reverse engineered prompt
Build me a Raspberry Pi SDR transceiver app with a touchscreen interface that runs on Raspberry Pi OS Wayland and feels like a real radio front end.
I want it to let me tune, change modes, see a spectrum and waterfall, control gain and volume, and switch between receive and transmit. It should support common SDR hardware like Pluto, RTL SDR, SDRPlay, HackRF, Radioberry, and similar devices if possible. Add the usual ham radio features too, like SSB, FM, Morse, FT8, and WSPR receive, plus CAT control so it can talk to logging or digital mode software. A web control page would be nice if you can fit it in.
Make it friendly for a touchscreen on a Pi 4 or Pi 5, with clear buttons, a VFO, band controls, and setup screens for audio, I2C switching, and controller input. If you need to look up current docs for any of the SDR or GUI libraries, go ahead and do that. Please keep it practical and get it building cleanly first, then wire up the main radio features.
Are you gonna build this?
