Build me a simple bookmark manager called Shiori, like a lightweight Pocket clone.

I want a small Go app that I can run as a single binary, use from the command line, or open in a browser as a clean web app. It should let me add, edit, delete, and search bookmarks, and it should support importing and exporting bookmarks in the common Netscape bookmark format, plus importing from Pocket.

If possible, when a page is saved, grab the readable content and keep an offline archive of it too. I’d like it to work with SQLite by default, but also support PostgreSQL, MariaDB, and MySQL. Keep the interface simple and pleasant, with a focus on being easy to use and easy to install.
