Build me an opinionated Go framework designed to make building microservices fast and easy. The main goal is to have something that's simple to get running and is designed from the ground up for modern cloud environments like Kubernetes.
It should have excellent observability built-in, so logging, metrics, and tracing should work out of the box without a ton of configuration. The framework needs to be flexible, supporting standard REST APIs, gRPC, and websockets. It should also include common patterns for reliability, like health checks for all data sources and circuit breaker support for HTTP calls.
Please also include helpers for common tasks like configuration management, database migrations, cron jobs, and automatically generating Swagger documentation for my APIs. Basically, create a "batteries-included" toolkit for writing robust backend services in Go.
