Build me a Discord bot called Rael that feels like a helpful AI friend in chat. I want people to be able to talk to it naturally by starting a message with a comma or by mentioning the bot, and also use simple commands with a dollar prefix for things like help, ping, resetting the chat, and checking usage or stats.

It should support multiple AI models, keep working if one provider fails, and handle both text and image understanding. I also want it to be able to look things up on the web when needed, and show live stock or market data in a simple way.
