gonemedia/aipointer — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a desktop app called AIPointer that works like an AI helper attached to the mouse cursor. I want to hold a hotkey, have a small polished overlay appear beside the cursor, type or speak a question, and get an answer about whatever is on my screen without switching apps.

It should work on macOS, Windows, and Linux. Let users bring their own API key for OpenRouter, Anthropic, OpenAI, or Gemini, pick models, and set fallbacks. It should send only the screenshot area, prompt, optional clipboard, and attached files needed for the answer. No telemetry or accounts.

Include onboarding, settings, hotkey setup, voice input, text to speech, chat only mode, screenshot capture, clipboard use, and file attaching. If files are selected in Finder or Explorer, the app should attach up to 5 automatically when the hotkey is pressed. Add an approval step before any action like opening URLs, copying text, saving answers, or launching apps.

Make it feel fast, private, and premium, with a clean glassy overlay and simple language throughout.
