Build me a documentation template repo called Umami that gives people clear guardrails for building software quickly with AI coding agents like Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar tools.
I want the main experience to be simple. There should be one landing document at the root that an agent reads first, then smaller companion docs it can pull in only when needed, like quality, runtime, process, and agent workflow guidance. Include practical rules for project discovery, structure, testing, security basics, documentation, change tracking, keeping files manageable, and using fewer tokens.
Also add focused extension docs for common project types like web apps, data work, infrastructure, mobile, CMS, compliance, scripting, integrations, homelab, and desktop apps. Add a recipes area with copy paste style artifacts people can use right away, like templates and setup snippets.
Make it feel polished, tool agnostic, easy to navigate, and friendly for both humans and AI agents.
