Build me a simple but polished 3D model viewer using Filament that can open glTF files and show them with realistic lighting and materials.

I want it to feel like a small desktop app that I can run on my computer, with a clean viewport, smooth camera orbit and zoom controls, and the ability to load a model from a file or sample asset. It should handle basic glTF features well, like textures, lights, animation if present, and a nice environment for reflections. Please add a few useful UI controls for things like toggling shadows, changing exposure, and resetting the camera.

If there’s a better way to structure the sample or if the latest docs suggest a more modern setup, go ahead and use that. Make it easy to build and run, and include a good default scene so the app looks impressive right away.
