google/skills ? reverse-engineered prompt

I want to build a specialized AI assistant that's an expert on Google Cloud. The goal is to help my team get up to speed and follow best practices. It should be able to answer basic questions about core services like BigQuery, Cloud Run, Firebase, and GKE.

Please also build in some guides or "recipes" for common tasks, like onboarding a new project or setting up authentication correctly. A really important feature is that it should be able to give advice based on Google's Well-Architected Framework, especially for things like security, reliability, and cost optimization. I've heard there might be pre-built "agent skills" or knowledge bases for Google Cloud, so please find and use those to build this assistant.
