Build me an internal web app for our organization to manage assets and repair requests in one place. I want staff to be able to log in, browse the asset register, add and edit asset records, organize categories like type, model, and unit, and keep extra details such as holder, location, serial number, stock, and warranty dates. I also want a repair section where users can submit a repair request for an asset, track their request history, and where officers can see job lists, update repair statuses, assign responsibility, record costs, and manage the repair workflow.

Please include the usual admin settings pages for company and system setup, user and permission management, and module settings for both inventory and repair. It should support export and print pages, file attachments, and notifications through email, LINE, and Telegram if available. Make it installable on a normal PHP and MySQL hosting setup with a simple installer and sensible defaults.
