Build me an advanced browser extension that works like a point and click firewall for the web.

When I open a site, I want a popup that shows a clear matrix of what the page is trying to load, grouped by where it comes from, where it is going, and what kind of request it is. I should be able to click cells to allow or block things like scripts, images, frames, cookies, and other request types. It should start in a privacy focused mode that blocks broadly, then lets me make exceptions when a site breaks.

Please include a logger so I can see exactly what was blocked or allowed and use that to fix broken sites. Let me save rules for one site or globally, and make the interface understandable but still aimed at power users. It should be installable as a browser extension for major browsers.

Look up current browser extension docs online if you need to.
