Build me a desktop app for Conan users that makes it easy to browse local packages, search remotes, manage profiles and remotes, and launch apps directly from installed packages.

I want it to feel like a simple package explorer with a quick launch area, where I can switch between package versions and channels, see package details at a glance, and open files with the right default app. It should also let me search for packages in remotes, view available package versions, and install one from the search results.

For config, I need a screen to view and edit Conan profiles and remotes, including support for multiple logins to the same Artifactory server. An integrated console for package and config info would be great too.

Make it work on Windows and Linux, keep it polished and usable for end users, and if you need to check the latest docs for Conan or Qt behavior, look them up online first.
