Build me a Docker based API that lets people send documents and get PDFs back.

I want it to handle common things like converting HTML, URLs, and Markdown into PDF, plus office files like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint through LibreOffice. It should also be able to merge, split, rotate, flatten, watermark, stamp, and encrypt PDFs, and support screenshots for web pages or HTML. If possible, include support for PDF compliance features like PDF/A and PDF/UA, and let me read and write metadata and bookmarks too.

Make it easy to run locally with Docker, and expose simple endpoints where I can upload files with form data and download the generated PDF right away. Keep it production ready, with clear docs and a straightforward setup. If you need current details from the libraries or tools involved, look them up online and wire it together cleanly.
