Build me a clean React website from this starter project, something polished and ready to publish on GitHub Pages.

I want a simple modern single page app with a nice hero section, a few content sections, and a footer, all responsive and easy to read on mobile and desktop. Keep the design lightweight and use the existing styling setup already in the project. Add a few reusable components so it’s easy to change the content later, and make the page feel professional rather than like a blank template.
