Build me a tool that lets an AI coding assistant talk to Figma so it can read the current design, inspect selected layers, and make edits back in the file.

I want it to work with Cursor and Claude Code through MCP, with a small Figma plugin and a local websocket bridge so the agent can connect to the open Figma file. It should be able to read document info, selected nodes, text content, annotations, styles, and prototype links, then create and update basic elements like frames, rectangles, text, connectors, and component instances. It should also support bulk text replacement, moving and resizing layers, changing fills and spacing, and exporting a node as an image.

Please set it up so it is easy to run locally with Bun, and make the setup simple enough that I can install the MCP server, start the socket server, open Figma, and get connected without much manual work. If you need current Figma or MCP docs, look them up online.
