Build me a modern GRC web app for security teams that helps manage compliance, risk, vendor reviews, and audits in one place. I want a clean dashboard where a team can track things like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA work, keep a risk register, review third party vendors, and follow audit tasks from start to finish.

Make it easy to run locally with Docker, so someone can clone it and start it with one command, then open it in the browser.
