greensock/gsap-skills ? reverse-engineered prompt

I need a modern, single-page website to act as a portfolio. It should be built with React and feel really slick and interactive, with lots of smooth animations.

When the page first loads, I want the main headline to animate in, maybe with the letters appearing one by one. Then, as you scroll down the page, different content sections, like my projects and bio, should gracefully fade and slide into view. It would be really cool if one of the sections could "pin" to the screen for a moment while you scroll, with some text or images changing as you pass through that pinned area.

Please make sure the animations are high-performance and don't cause any lag. You should use a professional library for this, like GSAP, to manage all the scroll-based triggers and sequencing.
