I want this repo turned into a simple, usable IPTV collection that’s easy to browse and maintain. From the folders it looks like the main idea is channel logos plus a Mediaset section, so please build that out in a clean way.

Make it easy for someone to find channels, see the right logo, and get a working playlist or channel list without digging around. If there are missing pieces, add sensible sample data and organize everything so it feels complete and consistent. I’d also like a very simple landing page or viewer if that makes sense, just enough to browse channels and logos, especially for Mediaset, without making it overly fancy.

Please include clear instructions so a normal person can open it, update channels, and swap logos later. If you need to, look up the current common IPTV playlist format online and follow that. Keep the project lightweight, tidy, and practical rather than over engineered.
